My background – spans arts and culture, education, mass transit and infrastructure, retail and property. I led Aesop’s creative team successfully through fast paced global expansion. I have written creative strategy for major infrastructure projects and led creative teams within professional services. My expertise in operations, marketing, brand and communications, paired with technology development, insights, human centered design and strategy play a critical role in my practice as a design professional, a team leader and the delivery of projects for clients.

Led overall business unit operations including business strategy, P&L, and growth in APAC. Role included new business development, client relations and engagement, managing a suite of clients delivering large multi-million AUD portfolios of work. Alongside leadership and operations I remained part of the delivery team, with a focus on client strategy, creative direction, head of production, graphic design and product design. Additionally I was a team leader with direct reports, managed daily operations, project oversight, business development, financial management, marketing and branding, placemaking and wayfinding, management of enterprise partnerships, and strategic planning.

Creatively directed a multidisciplinary team to produce visually rich, story‑driven content for architecture and urban design projects. Tasked with interpreting business case and executive summaries of complex architectural driven concepts into engaging narratives across film, animation, digital and interactive media and combining design, storytelling and technology.

Led global end-to-end creative delivery and brand architecture through rapid global retail expansion, shaping cohesive brand expression across stores, packaging, digital commerce and campaigns. Partnering with architects, artists and cultural institutions to create distinctive, market-ready experiences that elevated the brand aligned with commercial targets.
Led the introduction of insights-led creative using sales data, market research and stakeholder engagement. Insights translated into a new market strategy and a more calculated approach to campaign and product launches, driving year‑on‑year sales growth of over 70% through seasonal and tactical campaigns.Working within the arts and culture sector, cross‑discipline collaborations were commissioned and delivered. Installations and programs reinforced Aesop’s cultural leadership and philanthropic positioning while driving consistent global implementation and strong commercial impact.

Worked with Studio Ongarato, YMD, Design Works and Y&R across concept, design development, graphic design and art direction, plus market research and strategy, delivering projects for major ANZ cultural institutions and retail brands.
Senior Broadcast Designer
Turner Classic Movies (TCM), Global, Jan 2000 – July 2005
At TCM I led the design and direction of animated and film-based projects for TCM’s global market. Including on-air branding, promos, and cinematic storytelling, ensuring a strong visual identity across regions.
Art Practice 2005 – present
I am a photographer and filmmaker, and my practice explores man-altered landscapes, predominantly the way nature is altered through industry. I have been short listed and won awards for my photography and held many solo and group shows over the past 15 years. My work is featured in global publications.
